Provide live, simultaneous interpretation of our worship services for Spanish-speaking attendees through broadcast transmission. This role is for fluent Spanish speakers who can seamlessly interpret from English to Spanish.

Support the live interpretation process behind the scenes. Duties include preparing translation devices and setting up the interpretation room to ensure the interpretation team is well-equipped for success. While Spanish fluency is not required, it is recommended.

Serve as the welcoming face of the Spanish Interpretation team. Engage with guests, manage the check-in and check-out of interpretation devices, and answer questions. This role requires fluency in both conversational Spanish and English.

Assist the Spanish Interpretation team by translating Journey-approved resources from English to Spanish. Ideal individuals are proficient in administrative work and fluent in academic or conversational Spanish and English. This role can be performed remotely or in the office during the week.

Support Journey-sponsored events throughout the year by providing Spanish interpretation services. This role is perfect for individuals who are hospitable, outgoing, and eager to engage with our community. 

I serve as the Dream Team and Connections Director here at Journey! My role is to create a great guest experience from the moment you park, to being greeted at the doors and continuing that hospitality to the seat you sit in. I also have the privilege of leading the care and hospitality of our Journey Dream Team, making sure that every person serving on our Dream Team is loved and cared for. I love that I get to build new relationships with guests, help them take their next steps, and see how God grows their faith by plugging into the church.
