Planning Center Groups
2 Ways to Manage Your Group
Planning Center Groups helps you manage your members, plan events, take attendance, and share resources. As a group leader, you can do most of your group management from Church Center, but you’ll need to do some leader tasks from the administrator side of Groups.
Church Center
From the Church Center app or web, you can add members to your group, send emails, create events, take attendance, view reports, and view/moderate group messaging.

The Administrator Page
Aside from messaging, everything you can accomplish in Church Center has an administrator page equivalent.

The first time you log in, you might need to set a password, depending on if you have previously created a password for one of the other Planning Center products.

Group FAQs
It is a group of three or more people who meet regularly to participate in authentic community and group discipleship. What happens in a Group? Community happens. In a Group you will catch up on life together, pray for each other, engage in God's Word, and support each other through life.
Each semester, groups meet for 6 or 12 weeks and can meet in a lot of different places. Whatever works best for you, is what works! Some meet at in homes, online, on campus, restaurants, and even golf courses.
Each semester some groups start while others end. Some meet for a short period, while others have been together for decades! In the end, it is all about what you and your group decide.
Yes. Between each Semester (Fall, Soring and Summer) groups take breaks..
That is up to your Groupleadership.. We have seen groups pull money together to hire a babysitter or rotate parents to watch the kids in another room. We think your kids will benefit from watching their parents invest in healthy community.
