Minimum Guildelines for Go Group Leaders:
-The leaders of the groups need to be members of Journey Christian Church.
-The groups need to align with Journey’s core values and beliefs.
-The groups should be actively reaching out to the community.
MOTORCYCLING
The Journey Riders ride the 2nd Saturday of each month. For more information about this group and upcoming rides, contact Jack at drjack@earthlink.net.
KAYAK & CANOE
This group takes trips all over the state, most of which are day trips within a 2-hour drive. Beginners are welcome, and your own kayak or canoe is NOT required. Next planned trip is Saturday, July 31 to the Econlockhatchee River. We’ll be meeting near the bridge on 419 near Chuluota. Please let us know by July 29 if you are planning to attend. BASKETBALL
The Basketball Go Group now meets at an indoor stand alone gym behind the softball fields at Forest Lake Elementary School (across the street from Lake Brantley High School). Play is 3 on 3 or 4 on 4, half court. Open to men and women high school age and up. Cost is from $3-$6 per person depending on how many show up. GIRLS’ NIGHT IN
Come join your fellow Jesus girls for a night of fun activities, good conversation, advice and support, and simply divine sweets!
